Sarah Trinder Case Management is an experienced, professional and clinically led Case Management services company.
As the company has grown, STCM has developed a team of associate Case Managers with a combination of extensive clinical background.
Each Case Manager is fully registered with their own Professional Body and a member of BABICM.

Our team ensure the provision of expertise for the assessment, management, rehabilitation, care and support of people with complex clinical needs and life altering changes.
Our ethos is founded in our comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the effects of acquired brain injury and complex physical injuries on individuals and their families.
We undertake Initial Needs Assessments (INA) as part of a Case Management instruction.
By identifying and understanding the needs of the client and their family we plan and manage the coordination of appropriate and high-quality therapy, support and care services.
We act as an advocate for the client and communicate to ensure that the client understands and is informed of the process involved in their care from a medical and legal perspective.
Our service is always tailored to meet the individual needs of the client and their family.
Based on the South Coast, we travel to cover areas of the South and South-East, South-West and North up to Liverpool of the UK.
